Founded in 1590 and nestled in the heart of the Hallertau, the world’s largest hop-growing region, Schlossbrauerei Au is one of Bavaria’s oldest independent breweries. For centuries, this family-owned brewery has been crafting beer with patience, passion, and pure ingredients — the way it’s always been done.

Each bottle of Auer Bier carries the spirit of the region: strong, unpretentious, and deeply rooted in tradition. From their crisp Helles to the smooth Dunkles and refreshing Holledauer Weisse, their brews are a reflection of Bavarian craftsmanship at its finest.
